Level 3 - We Are OPEN for Business
Our Wellington Stores are Open for business under Level 3.
You can visit our store to:
- drop off Apple Devices for repair or
- pick up Apple Devices that have been repaired or
- pick up an Accessory you ordered online.
If you can't visit our store, we can offer the Courier Service. Find out more about our Courier Service here.
We need to operate in contactless way for your own safety and safety of our staff. There is a designated area at the shop entrance for drop offs and deliveries. We are not able to discuss repairs or answer your questions face to face at the time when you come to drop off or pick up. We can however do this via phone or email. Please see our contact page for each locations' contact details.
We also need to ensure we record contact details of each person who visits our store.
If you are planning to come and drop off a device for repair, please contact us and let us know following details before coming in:

- Contact Phone
- Description of the service you require
We will run you through the drop off process in order to minimise the time spent at the location and reduce the risk to yourself and our staff.
